Our Story - Our skills
Omega8 Ltd. was created on the grounds of its founder’s determination and dynamism, thanks to a professionalism built up in more than 30 years of experience working with world-class companies in different fields of mechanics.
Over the past few years it has undertaken new challenges in the design, construction and development of structural components for sanitisation.
Also active in the field of recycling, with the design and production of machineries for the recovery of plastic production wastes, it has lately taken on new commercial challenges, establishing national and international partnerships.
SanyBox Nebulizer, safety and hygiene, is a project designed to sanitise environments. A cutting-edge technology to make closed environments healthy and sterilized.
Sanitisation consists in the elimination or minimization of all contaminating agents such as bacteria, viruses and spores.
Sanybox involves the use of products capable of decontaminating spaces (specifically designed for people) enabling the achievement of a level of sanitisation not reachable through ordinary cleaning. This makes it the perfect tool to safely manage a structure or any other public space such as shopping malls, supermarkets, hospitals, hotels and schools.
On the outside Sanybox is a portable box with four swivel wheels, on the inside it contains a tank, which can be a 25, 50 or 100 liters one, according to the model.
The tank is used to hold a sanitising product specifically designed for people, diluted in chlorine-free water which is atomized in tiny droplets (between 1 and 30 microns) through a plank positioned in the door of the entry areas. The sanitizing product is nebulised on those who pass through it, removing bacteria and viruses on clothes, shoes, bags or other objects.
The process of sanitisation takes about 5 to 10 seconds with effects lasting all day.
